I see many people struggling with stress including me. Some don’t fully understand what they are experiencing but still feel anger, loneliness, and other emotions. Others may understand their struggles but are reluctant to share their stories. But here’s the question: are they truly aware of their feelings and know how to address them? This is where Naked comes in.

Naked is a mindfulness guide application designed to help people improve their lives. It offers meditation guides, solutions, musical playlists, and an emotional diary to help users understand what they are going through and reduce their stress. Additionally, it functions as a social platform where users can share their mental states and support each other. The app is designed with large buttons and colorful illustrations that create a mental space for users and evoke childhood experiences.
